Lori Insana, 52, of Killey Ave., died January 7, 2012 at Kent Hospital.

Born in Warwick, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Irene (Mulcahey) Insana. Lori was a devoted grandmother and a board member of the Buckeye Brook Coalition Association, which was founded by her late brother, Stephen Insana.

She is survived by her son, Joseph Insana; her daughter-in-law, LeeAnn Insana; two sisters, Irene Schwenk and Patricia Harrington; a brother, Daniel Insana; and two granddaughters, Kaylee and Cassidy Insana.

Her funeral will be held Jan. 13 at 9 a.m. from Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Ave., with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Kevin Church at 10 a.m. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours are Jan. 12 from 4-8 p.m.
