Subject: Buckeye Brook Coalition "Ballot" for 6/30 Meeting

Dear Members and Friends of the Buckeye Brook Coalition:
 
This is a reminder of the meeting scheduled for Wednesday, June 30 at
7:00 p.m. at the Warwick Public Library on Sandy Lane in room 100, next
to the coffee shop.  At this meeting the following issues will be voted
on by the active membership (those who have paid dues since the
organization started last year; anyone can join at the meeting tomorrow
night):
 
1.      Changing the name of the organization from Buckeye Brook
Coalition to Buckeye Brook Watershed Council; 
2.      Electing the following officers and board members:  
a. President:  Chris D'Ovidio  
          b. Treasurer:  Bill Aldrich 
          c. Board Member:  Steve Insana
              (We are actively looking for a vice president and a
secretary, as well as at least one more board member.  These positions
              will not be filled at this time.)
3.      Adoption of bylaws
 
Members who are unable to attend the meeting may reply to this email and
cast an "absentee" ballot on these three issues.

P.S.  Unfortunately, there is a City Council meeting scheduled for the
same evening.  Every attempt will be made in the future to avoid such a
conflict.  Our apologies for this regrettable conflict.
