Dear Members and Friends of the Buckeye Brook Coalition:

The Board of Directors has reviewed the bylaws as accepted by the organization at its 6/30/04 meeting and is proposing changes as outlined in the attachment to this email.  All changes (except deletions) are marked in bold and are underlined.  (Members have also received advance notice of these changes.)

The following meeting is being held for the primary purpose of accepting the new bylaws.  Once they are accepted, our application for tax exempt status can be submitted.

What:  Members and Friends meeting 

When:  Tuesday, February 15, at 6:00 pm 

Where:  Warwick Public Library on Sandy Lane, Room #100, next to the coffee shop

Agenda:  Approval of Revised bylaws 

While only members can vote, all are welcome to attend and share any thoughts.
